You can always return the products purchased in their original condition, undecorated from ShirtsBargain within 30 days of receipt for a refund, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This restocking fee is to cover our handling and administrative costs. In the case of a mistake from our end or if something is wrong with the product, no restocking fee will be applied.

Returns must be authorized by a ShirtsBargain customer service representative.
You will receive a Return Authorization number (RAN).
ShirtsBargain will initiate a refund request for your order once the returned package is received and verified.
Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be credited, after we have received the package.
Restocking Fees will not be charged for errors in order fulfillment at our end.
Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.
Custom decorated orders cannot be canceled once they have been client-approved and placed into production, unless there is a mistake from our end.
ShirtsBargain will not be responsible for any error and/or omission once the order is approved. Customers are expected to review order approval for accuracy.
It is our top priority at ShirtsBargain to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. The return policy will apply to all orders that have been shipped.
There is no restocking fee for order cancellations before shipping.
