Do you only sell wholesale blank apparel to businesses?

No. Anyone in the United States can buy from us, with NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY. However, we do not recommend retail orders despite our wholesale pricing. You get more value from your purchases with bulk clothing orders that earn both our attractive wholesale prices and additional bulk discounts. Also, there are NO SETUP CHARGES for bulk custom apparel orders.

Am I required to set up an account to purchase?

No. You can checkout as a guest. Click “Checkout As Guest” in the Checkout page once your cart is ready for checkout. Creating an account , however, saves your checkout details and payment method for easier and faster checkouts if you wish to place more orders later.

How do bulk discounts work?

There are 5 price tiers for specific quantities of each item in ShirtsBargain - 1+, 12+, 48+, 144+ & 288+. As the order quantity increases, the per-unit cost goes down. So you get bigger discounts on larger orders. Typically, you will need to meet or exceed a specific minimum order quantity to qualify for bulk discounts. All orders that go over a dozen get a bulk discount on top of wholesale pricing. For wholesale pricing, however, there is NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY. We promise wholesale pricing even if you buy just one product.

What is MOQ?

MOQ or Minimum Order Quantity is generally the minimum quantity of products you must purchase in a single order to qualify for wholesale pricing or bulk/volume discounts. At ShirtsBargain, there is no MOQ for wholesale pricing. If the quantity is 12 or more, you get a bulk discount that increases with the quantity.

How can I view my past order history?

If you have an account with ShirtsBargain, simply log in when you visit our website. At the top, you will notice a dropdown that says “Hello, [Your Name]” near the “My Cart” option. Click on it and navigate to “My Orders” to see all your past orders of both blank and custom apparel.

What can I do if I forgot to add an item on my last order? How can it be changed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you cannot add more items on that order or change it. We may be able to cancel the order if you contact us immediately after placing it, before our fulfillment team takes over. You can then place a new order with your additional items. In case we are unable to cancel your order, you can talk to our helpful Customer Service Team for no-hassle returns if necessary.

What are all the fabrics you have in your blank collections?

All the popular ones. Our blank apparel collections include Cotton, Polyester, Poly-Cotton Blends, Tri-Blends, Fleece, Micro-Fleece, High-Loft Fleece, Spandex, Acrylic, Nylon, Pique, Wool Blends, and more.

What if I am not satisfied with the blank clothing I ordered from ShirtsBargain?

We promise and guarantee FULL REFUNDS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the blank products in their original condition within 10 days of receiving them. We promise a full refund. However, we cannot refund shipping charges. Decorated products are also not eligible for refunds.

Are there any hidden charges for blanks?

No. The price you see or the price you’re quoted is the price you pay. On top of the lowest wholesale pricing, you also get additional discounts for bulk orders. However, we are legally bound to charge sales tax only in California.

How do I place a custom embroidery order?

We are committed to making it as easy as possible for you to place your custom orders. You can find a complete step-by-step guide for getting started with custom embroidery orders here.

Is it possible to do both embroidery and screen printing on the same garment?

Yes. Feel free to explain your requirements to our Customer Service Executives, and they will take care of the rest. However, doing both embroidery and screen printing on bulk apparel orders will get multiple departments involved which may add more time to the production of your order.

Can I iron an embroidered garment?

You can. But do not iron on the embroidery itself directly. We recommend ironing from the inside of the garment.

Can I get an estimate of the cost and delivery time before ordering customization?

Yes. You can request a quote from us. You can find the “Request A Quote” option in the footer, or directly click through one of the banners on the Homepage that says “Get Quote”. Are there setup charges for ordering custom apparel wholesale?

There are no setup charges if you have your own design file in DST format. If you need a fresh, new design, there will be setup charges as we have to convert your design into a format the machine can understand. However, there are no setup charges for larger customization orders. There are also no setup charges if you are reordering with a design from one of your previous orders with us.

Do you save my custom designs?

Yes. Your design artwork is saved on our file. This way, you won’t have to upload the same art again when reordering as long as there are no changes in the design artwork.

Are there any limitations in embroidery?

The quality of embroidery depends on the type of fabric that’s embroidered on. Small text, clear color gradients and minor details might be difficult to embroider. Which fabric is the best for printing blank apparel?

Polyester. Sublimation ink binds well to polyester material resulting in a fine quality print. Filter your search to Polyester apparel when exploring our inventory. We have a variety of blank clothing made of polyester and polyester blends.

How do I get free shipping?

Blank product orders over $129 are eligible for free ground shipping within the Continental United States. Custom decorated orders are not eligible for the free shipping offer..

When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

Can I pick up my order if the warehouse is close to where I live?

No. Our warehouses are only for distribution. But we deliver the fastest shipping so you get your order as fast as possible, right at your doorstep.

Which location do you ship from?

We have multiple warehouses, covering coast-to-coast, across California, Texas and Georgia. Once you place your order, we will forward it to the warehouse closest to your location so you can get the order as fast as possible.

What if I am not satisfied with the blank product I ordered from ShirtsBargain?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the blank products in their original condition within 15 days of receiving them to claim a refund. However, we are forced to charge a 15% restocking fee to cover our order handling and administrative costs.
