Answer:No. Gildan 18500, or G185, is the interchangeable style code for Gildan’s 50/50 cotton-poly heavy blend sweatshirt with a double-lined hood. It comes in a hoodless variant with the style code G180 or Gildan 18000. However, the G185 (hoodie variant) offers slightly more color options.

Answer:The Gildan 18500 hoodie features Gildan’s HeavyBlend fabric composition that combines 50% preshrunk US cotton and 50% polyester for regular colors and 60% polyester for Heather colors. The cotton content in the fabric is prone to shrinkage, which, however, is minimal in the 18500. However, like any garment with cotton in the fabric, the 18500 is prone to some degree of shrinkage when washed or dried in high heat.
