Can I sublimate the Gildan 2000 t-shirt?
Answer:We recommend sublimating 100% polyester t-shirts for the best results. Gildan 2000’s 100% cotton variant is not good for sublimation. You can use the colors that have Cotton-Poly blends. Still the sublimation may yield a faded, vintage look. But we have had customers report great results in sublimation on lighter colors of the t-shirt. Gildan 2000 Cotton t-shirt is an excellent pick for DTF transfers and HTV, however.
Question:
Is the fit of the Gidan Ultra Cotton t-shirt true to size?
Answer:Our customers reported the sizing to be a little generous. Though the fit is as expected, the size might run a little bigger than standard t-shirts.
Question:
Does the Gildan 2000 Cotton t-shirt have DriFit technology?
Answer:DriFit is a technology you will find only in Nike apparel. Some Gildan styles, like the Gildan 8000 t-shirt, feature Gildan’s own DryBlend fabric technology that gives them excellent moisture-wicking. The Gildan 2000 Ultra Cotton t-shirt does not have such fabric technology but promises the comfort one expects from top quality US cotton t-shirts.

How is Gildan 2000 different from Gildan G500?
Answer:Though both styles are made from preshrunk US cotton, the Gildan 2000 (6 oz.) also known as Gildan G200 is slightly heavier than the Gildan 5000 (5.3 oz.), also known as Gildan G500. Gildan G500 also has more color options.
Question:
Is Gildan 2000 made in the USA?
Answer:No. Gildan products are manufactured in Honduras (Rio Nance) and the Caribbean. But the cotton used for the fabric is top-quality US cotton.

Gildan 2000 is a great choice for a basic printable tee. The shirt comes in a great variety of colors and gives consistent results with heat transfer.
