The ST550 and K540 are made of 100% polyester double knit. Both styles feature PosiCharge fabric technology, to hold colors better. The ST550 is a bit lighter than the K540 but it isn’t noticeable. Both styles wick moisture, offer exceptional comfort, and are very durable. Overall, we would say the K540 scores a little higher. But at a lower per-unit price, the ST550 is a solid option with performance that comes really close.
